| Art Preparation |
Their are no art charges
for MOST designs submitted, however if extensive designing
is need on our part for an order
additional charges may be required for the first order only.

We do typeset and design most simple items free of charge.
Like fundraising decals, larger order over $100.00, repeat customers.
We do not charge for setting up your files in our system for printing or cutting if you submit art work as outlined in our guidelines.
You must submit the correct file the first time! If we send your proof and you said you sent us the wrong file their will be a $25.00 fee per new file setup.

| Ad Copy |
All text must be types in a word document or legibly printed. We are not responsible for errors from handwritten copy or spelling errors submitted on your order. PLEASE proof your spelling before you submit your orders.

| Blind Drop Ship |
We will for an
additional charge Blind Drop Ship. If you are a reseller and placing the order for one of your customers we can ship the order to your customer directly with out our invoice and paperwork in your package.
If you have and invoice want us to place in the package you MUST upload the image with your order. |
| Cancellations |
Their will be no cancellations charges if the order is cancelled BEFORE the artwork is started. There will be a art charge if the order is cancelled after we worked on creating your design prior to printing, based on our hourly rate of $35.00 per hour.
To cancel an order you MUST email us your order number and written request for us to cancel your order.
An order can't be cancelled if printing production has started.

Change Of Item |
Once and order is place we can't change the order items or qty's. you must place a new order. |

| Copy/File Changes/Typesetting |

| Export Documentation |
We charge $25.00 for exporting the art work in multiple formats for other printers to use. |
| Handling and Processing |
We charge a $1.50 per order handling/processing fee. |
| Mailing Orders / Checks |
Please include the following information when mailing an
order:
- Name and contact information.
- Include a photo, or drawing or your decal or item number.
- Describe what the decal will be used for so we may use
the proper material for your decal(s).
- Describe your decal.
- Decal size (width x height)
- Quantity
- Color
- Check payable to LIVE OAK PRODUCTIONS

| Overruns/Underruns |
Due to the difficulty of manufacturing to exact quantities requirements a shipment of 5% over or under the quantity ordered will constitute a complete order. |

| Purchase Orders |
We accept Purchase Orders, please note in the additional comment the PO#. You must then call us with your purchase order number and we start printing.
We do require that payment is made within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Accounts not paid within 30 days of date shipped are subject to a 15% monthly finance charge. |
| Paper Proof or Decal Proof Orders |
We will be happy to provide you with a paper proof or small actual decal proof for $25.00. |
| Payments |
All payments must be made in US funds only. We accept 
Payments are due at time of order unless otherwise noted.
Purchase orders are accepted and must be accompanied by a Purchase Order number and paid witin 30 days. |
| Production Time |
Production
time is normally 1-3 days, however if a proof is needed
then production time will begin after the proof is approved
by you in your order.
Production times vary depending upon workload and for larger orders. Delays
may occur and we can't be held responsible for orders
not
received
in time
for your
deadline. Large
orders may take up to 14 days.
If you have an urgent order please use our RUSH SERVICE
with OERNIGHT SHIPPING.
When you ask for a proof, we email you a link to view your proof.If you do
not reply with approval, we email you 3 more times and if you still do not
respond
we just print and ship your order with no approval. |
| Quotes |
No quotes will be honored unless thru our Free Quote Form. We are not responsible for errors on a verbal quotes. |
| Repeat Orders |
Identify repeat order with a previous order number or quote number. Orders are retained in our system for max 3 years.

| Returns |
Please send the defective merchandise back to us along with a written request for an adjustment within 30 days of shipment.
Vinyl-decals.com is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. Before placing your order please be sure you have accurate measurements for your decal and check spelling, please review your order during confirmation.
If you are not satisfied because of anything that was our fault, return the product(s) for a full refund within 30 days or call us for a re-print of your order at no charge. All products must be in original condition with ALL packaging. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
We will not take back half-installed decals, so please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.
Since all decals are custom cut, made to order there will be no refunds/exchanges.

| Rush Orders |
We will for an
additional charge RUSH your order, begin production on your order the same day it is placed and produce it in a less than normal production time. Charges and availability vary depending upon current workload, item involved. Then we ship via your chosen method. We suggest also choosing Express Mail option for faster shipping also. |
| Samples |
Random samples are shipped via first class U.S. mail at no charge. For an overnight or express samples please provide a credit card or UPS or Fed Ex account numbers. |
| Shipping |
We ship via United States Postal Service - Priority Mail which takes 1-3 days in transit.
We also have an Overnight shipping option that once your order is printed we will than pack up and ship USPS Overnight.
We can ship to customer using your Fed Ex or UPS account, just call and an operator will help you place you order with shipping. |
| Shipment Delays |
Vinyl-Decals.com is not responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. All Vinyl-Decals.com orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting improper shipping information, Vinyl-Decals.com will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment. |
| Trademarks |
All copy or materials submitted to us by our customers for use by Vinyl-Decals.com in producing your order will be accepted by us as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, license, patent or copyright.
Vinyl-Decals.com assumes no responsibility for obtaining from any customer the approval from any customer the approval from any other person for the use of any proprietary cut or design imprint. |
