Delivery and Shipment
As of
July 1, 2007 orders are shipped within 2-10 days from ordered date, unless order is of a large qty then it may take up to 30 days. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days unless we get very busy with many orders at the same time. If you have an urgent order please note that in your order or call us after order has been placed and we can pull out your order and print/ship a bit faster. The actual delivery date will depend on the shipment method selected at checkout.
If you ask for a proof, we email your proof and if you do not approve, we will email you a few more time and if you still do not respond we then will try to call you and eventually print and ship your order with no approval.

However, because of the volatile nature of internet sales times there may be a lag in responding to a customer's request. Please be assured, if this happens, your concerns are still our top priority! Are you worried about the security of your credit card information? Vinyl-Decals.com takes every precaution to ensure all transactions are safe. We chose to use PayPal as The shopping cart system was selected because of its secure nature. In technical language, the shopping cart program is on a highly secured server. This means that your information is turned into a secret code that outsiders do not have access to. This also means that we do not access to your credit card information. This is much safer than giving your card to a waitress, gas station employee, or store clerk.
We also have a merchant account and take credit cards over the phone for those of you who do not want to enter any cc info into the computer, Your credit card info is NOT saved with your order, nor is it even entered into our computer - so have no fear.
Your Email is Safe with Us
We hate spam. We are not in the bulk e-mailing business. Please give your e-mail address at checkout. This will allow us to verify any questions easily and quickly. Also, most of our customers are sent an automated e-mail when their package has shipped - if a valid e-mail is given. You will only be contacted regarding your purchased item. And of course, your e-mail address in NEVER 'shared' with anyone.

Warranty
Our 100 % Customer Satisfaction Guarantee you can return any product for any reason involving anything that was our fault. However, you must contact us to let us know of the problem.
We manufacture decals custom made to order. We do not stock inventory as every order is manufactured according to the information supplied by the customer. Vinyl-decals.com is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. Before placing your order please be sure you have accurate measurements for your decal and review your order during confirmation.
If you are not satisfied because of anything that was our fault, return the product(s) for a full refund within 30 days or call us for a re-print of your order at no charge. All products must be in original condition with all packaging.
We will not take back half-installed decals, so please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Vinyl-Decals.com is not responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. All Vinyl-Decals.com orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting improper shipping information, Vinyl-Decals.com will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.

Refunds/Exchanges

Since all decals are custom cut, made to order there will be no refunds/exchanges.

The only exceptions are for decals damaged during shipping. In this case you may exchange your decal for an IDENTICAL decal; no color or size changes allowed.

Or if a mistake is made on OUR part it will exchanged (within 30 days) for the correct decal.

|
Be sure to make sure you select (and double check) the proper options.

|
You will be emailed a receipt immediately after your order is complete. If you find an error on that receipt send us an email right away so we can correct it before the decal is made.

If you requested a PROOF of your order and approved it for print all sales are final. SO MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR PROOFS!!!! |
